Return Policy Information:
If you’ve changed your mind and are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days please contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending an item back for an exchange or refund.
An RMA and the item’s original packaging are required for all returns and exchanges.
We reserve the right to charge up to a 30% restocking fee plus any freight charges, as a rule we try to avoid charging restocking fees, on some items, we may have to. Any Special/custom order items are not eligible for return.
Please note:
No returns on electronic devices without prior arrangements, electronic devices that have been installed to a vehicle may not be eligible for return/refund.
All items must be returned within the original packaging and must be in resalable condition. Items not in resalable condition will not be accepted, i.e. greasy fingerprints all over the white box, instructions missing/destroyed, Packaging cut up/destroyed.
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, Shipping costs from the initial shipment will be deducted from refund amount.
Product images may not be a direct representation of the final product. Unfortunately, not all Manufacturers send out individual and/or updated images of each product released. Returns due to this will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase. However, shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to recieving it please reach out to us via email or phone and a member of our team can assist you. Please note that once an item is in transit it cannot be cancelled and will follow the above return policy. Special Orders or Custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation once they are in manufacturing.
Core returns DO require an RGA (Return Goods Authorization)

Core credit returns will be accepted within 90 days of original purchase. After 90 day’s the core credit refunds will be at the discretion of Canadian Diesel Online (CDO).
After you have obtained an RGA# please return your product core for credit, first drain all fluids, if any, from the product.
Canadian Diesel Online (CDO) recommends using a carrier that provides package tracking to ensure your product gets back safely and quickly. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred in shipping the core.
The credit card or payment method used for the purchase of the product giving rise to the core return will be credited within 7 days with the core’s original invoiced value after inspection by manufacturer.
Core acceptability is at the discretion of the manufacturer, Canadian Diesel Online (CDO) is not responsible if the manufacturer deems a core to be unacceptable for refund, for what determines a cores unacceptability please consult with the manufacturer.
Cores that have been disassembled or have missing and/or damaged major components may not receive full core credit and/or may not be acceptable as cores.
