Awesome people I ordered a sct tuner on Sunday night Early Monday morning they called to confirm the order and walk mailed of Monday before lunch But Canada post is dumb and couldn’t find my address so rather than taking it to a pick up location they sent it back to seller So I called and asked what the protocol on this was First off they were on the same page with hating Canada post They got a new one ready and shipped it one day purolator and I got it they next day Customer service is A+ in my books they went above and beyond even though it was out of their control they took care of me Thank you again guys

Ordered a new exhaust system for my truck on Monday. Got an email Tuesday saying order has been shipped. Got a call an hour later from loomis saying my order was here and to pick it up. U real service and shipping. My new go to parts store.

I ordered a down pipe for my ‘96 7.3L Powerstroke and it’s great! I’d highly recommend Canadian Diesel Online to anyone looking for diesel parts in Canada.I am glad that I ordered from these guys instead of eBay, or some other seller in the states. The part fit great, came fast, and was very reasonably priced.

Phoned in for some advice for my "off road" egr delete. Graham was sooo helpful. I have never experienced this level of customer service in my life. He awnser every question I had in detail and then some. I got off the phone feeling confident in my purchase that I had got everything I would need. And I knew what I would need in the future. We were on the phone for 33 minutes total and I am practically an expert on egr, dpf and the ccv system.I would definatly reccomend this place to anyone looking for diesel parts of any kind and definatly the best place to call with a question.Thank you so much for you great service I will definatly be a returning customer.

This was the fastest delivery of items, the right items. They fit as advertised and when I needed help, they were on the phone calling me back with the answers I needed.
