• Built in gauges & safety features

• Precisely tune engine with HP gains

• Remove/Adjust top speed limiter

Although the parts were good and people were friendly, it took a month to get my parts. I had to call numerous times as they weren't sure they were even shipped out yet or which parts were shipped. I have heard good things about Canadian Diesel, but after the run-around I got, most likely won't order from them again.

I was on the road when my Ford E350 vacuum booster failed. I got ahold of G at CDO and the guy was great. In these times of online purchasing, it is such a pleasure to know there is still such a thing as Customer Service. G found the part and called me back on the Saturday and made arrangements for me to pick the part up in Edmonton. C got involved and between the 2 of them I managed to have the part picked up in Edmonton and delivered to a shop while I was still on the road in a rented vehicle. My hat goes off to G & C and everyone at Canadian Diesel Online. I will definately be using this place again. Stay safe my friends.

I ordered a cold air intake Friday while my wife was in labour.... it was a daddy gift for myself.The following Monday it was delivered at my door!!!Insane. With free delivery, it cost the same as buying direct from manufacture. But I got it FASTDefinitely purchasing more from Canadian Diesel in the future.

Graham was very helpful when I called, he answered all my questions, except for one, apparently I was the first one to ask such a thing.... parts came very quickly, few hiccups on the way. Lost/missing parts have been replaced also very quickly. Haven't had to use tech support yet, everything fit/worked great for my emissions delete project. Definitely will do business with them again should I ever need anything else

So I ordered a EGR delete kit and was missing some of the parts in the kit along with instructions. Also had some odds and ends parts in the kit they sent me. Not realizing that I didn’t have what I needed I started to install kit. Had EGR all ripped out and then realized the kit was missing stuff. Emailed Canadian Diesel and they got back to me very quickly and with no hesitation they had what I needed coming! It was at my door step the next morning. Very impressed with these guys. Highly recommend

Awesome people I ordered a sct tuner on Sunday night Early Monday morning they called to confirm the order and walk mailed of Monday before lunch But Canada post is dumb and couldn’t find my address so rather than taking it to a pick up location they sent it back to seller So I called and asked what the protocol on this was First off they were on the same page with hating Canada post They got a new one ready and shipped it one day purolator and I got it they next day Customer service is A+ in my books they went above and beyond even though it was out of their control they took care of me Thank you again guys

Phoned in for some advice for my "off road" egr delete. Graham was sooo helpful. I have never experienced this level of customer service in my life. He awnser every question I had in detail and then some. I got off the phone feeling confident in my purchase that I had got everything I would need. And I knew what I would need in the future.
